The majority of inspector’s fees range from $200-$250 per house up to 2,000 sq.ft. then 10-15 cents per sq.ft. after that. Thomas Home Inspection Services rates start at only $195 up to 2,000 sq. ft. then 10 cents per sq. ft. after that. I am able to keep expenses down and pass the savings directly to the customer. This is achieved by operating directly from my private residence. This allows me to concentrate on providing professional and timely services to what is most important, “YOU” the customer! I provide superior quality inspection reports written in Microsoft Word including digital pictures at no extra charge! Other inspectors charge a separate fee for this service. My reports are approved and meet or exceed guidelines established by the Texas Real Estate Commission and the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors.
I am an honorably discharged US Army veteran where I served  as a combat engineer. I also possess over thirty years experience in electrical, HVAC and other construction and building related areas. I have served as Electrician at Walter Reed Hospital, Director of Maintenance at Genesis Health Ventures and Supervisor of Maintenance at the University of Missouri.
